The vehicle should be clean and cool.  There should be no unsolved issues with related components prior to installation.  Always diagnose problems before jumping to conclusions.

Thoroughly read the instructions and view the illustrations before beginning.

First things first- take inventory.  Make sure you have all the tools and components that came with the item you purchased.

Last things last- if you need help with the installation, feel free to contact us via e-mail, at help@deyemeracing.com.  Fully explain what you're doing, and your question.  Include pictures if possible.
These instructions are also available online, with high res images, at www.deyemeracing.com/Project_Mamba/FLM18111_FCA-BA_Install.htm.

Prep For Installation
Drive the front of the vehicle onto ramps or raise on a lift.
Loosen the lug nuts on the front right wheel.
Raise the front right wheel off the ground, and remove the wheel.
Ensure the rear wheels are chocked, the park brake is set, and the vehicle is supported by jackstands.
Remove the under-engine belly pan screws (3A), and then remove the belly pan (3B) and set it aside.
Lay the FlowMaster Delta Boost Control Module in the engine bay near the right shock tower.
Identify the Module's Boost Sensor male/female connectors (3-pin plugs) (4A) and feed some length of cable down from above near the throttle body (4B).

Establish Boost Control Module Connections
From bottomside, locate Boost Pressure (BP) Sensor (6A) attached to IC pipe (6B) near top.
With a small flat-blade screwdriver or pick tool (from above, pointing down at you), push the yellow locking tab (7A) on top of the BP Sensor (7B) away from the plug.&nbp; Plug shown close-up in inset for clarity.
Squeeze the flat sides of the plug and pull free of the sensor.
Plug the Module's female BP Sensor plug into the BP sensor until the latch clicks.
Align the rounded guide on the Module's male BP plug with the rounded notch on the vehicle’s BP plug, push them together, and slide the locking tab into place.  Ensure both connections are secure.
From topside, using a small flat-blade screwdriver or pick, slide the locking tab (8A) on the MAP Sensor (8B) away from the plug.
Squeeze the flat sides of the plug and pull free of the sensor.
Align the Module’s female MAP plug with the MAP sensor, and push it into place until the latch clicks.
Align the rounded guide on the Module’s male MAP plug with the notch on the vehicle’s MAP plug, push them together, and slide the locking tab into place.  Ensure connections are secure.

Complete Boost Control Module Installation
Without starting the engine (do not press clutch or brake pedal) cycle the ignition to ON and verify the LED on the Module illuminates.  If it does not, check the four electrical connections.  Cycle the igntion back to OFF when finished.
Run a cable tie through the lug on the back of the Module, behind the wires.  Do not run the cable tie in front of the wire harness, which can bind the wires and damage the unit.
Locate a secure mounting position for the Module, such as at the shock tower.  Secure the Module with the cable tie.
Pull excess wire away from electrical connections, leaving just enough slack so there is no tension on the connections and they can be routed security to the Module's mounting location.  Secure the wires to keep them away from sources of vibration or heat with the cable ties.
Your installation is now complete!

Flowmaster Delta Boost Mobile App
The Module ships in Sport Mode, providing +3psi boost out-of-the-box, with no need for the optional Flowmaster DELTA BOOST mobile app.
The Module is Bluetooth capable, permitting boost adjustment and monitoring via the free, downloadable Android and iOS mobile app.  The app provides access to an additional level of boost increase in Max Mode (+4psi), as well as Standard (stock boost) and Valet (-4psi) Modes.  The app also allows real-time boost monitoring.
The app is available from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Go to the appropriate source for your mobile device, and locate the app by searching for Flowmaster DELTA BOOST.  Download and install the app on your Bluetooth 4.0 or later device.
Once installed, switch the igntion ON but do not start the engine.  When the Module’s LED illuminates, it is Bluetooth discoverable.
Launch the App, and select the device FM Delta Boost.
The App features two functions: Mode Select and Boost Monitor, and you can toggle between modes with the on-screen toggle switches.
For more details on the App, download the 2013-2016 Dodge Dart installation manual, as the App functions the same.
